These are the most impressive faces I have seen in Europe. Many hard free and artificial routes ascend these faces.

Ingas first visit to the Dolomites

I promissed Inga it was always sunny and only rained at night. We pulled up at the Sella pass after driving from the UK, to be greeted by snow on the ground and rain in the sky. She was not impressed.

"Relaxing"

We climbed 'The Thumb' Gr.IV just catching the last cabin down. All Inga could think about where the approaching thunder clouds.
